1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using any service on the dk888 platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement that defines all rights and responsibilities between dk888 and the user. 2. Account Registration & Security
When registering with dk888, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Opening an account with false or misleading information is a direct violation of these Terms, and such accounts will be closed immediately. Each user may operate only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and, if detected, all associated accounts will be closed. Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and login credentials confidential and must not share this information with anyone. dk888 offers two-factor authentication, which is strongly recommended to keep your account secure.
If you believe your account credentials have been compromised or are being used without your authorization, contact the dk888 support team immediately. dk888 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access if the user disclosed their own information or failed to report the incident in a timely manner. Certain features may be restricted until identity verification is completed after registration. 3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
All users of the dk888 platform are required to conduct themselves honestly, lawfully, and ethically. Fraud, manipulation, use of software bots, or any other automated means of operating an account on the platform is strictly prohibited. Any fraudulent activity against other users, identity theft, or misuse of personal information will be treated as a serious violation. Attempts to damage dk888's systems, servers, or network infrastructure — including hacking or transmitting viruses — are strictly forbidden and may result in legal action. Using the dk888 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is entirely prohibited.
Any attempt to claim bonus or promotional benefits without meeting the required conditions, or any instance of bonus abuse, will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and may lead to temporary or permanent account suspension. Harassment of other users, use of abusive language, or threatening behavior on the platform is strictly prohibited. dk888 reserves the right to monitor user activity and take appropriate action in response to any suspicious behavior.

4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the dk888 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Users must follow the designated methods and limits when making deposits or withdrawals. Transactions outside of dk888's approved payment methods will not be accepted, and dk888 accepts no liability for payments made through unauthorized channels. Deposited funds are credited to the betting balance first, and withdrawals are subject to specific conditions outlined separately for each bonus or promotion.
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1–5 business days, and processing may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed. dk888 reserves the right to place a hold on funds in the event of a suspicious transaction pending investigation. Withdrawals to third-party bank accounts or payment methods are not permitted — the withdrawal account must be registered in the user's own name. Any errors in the transaction process must be reported to the dk888 support team immediately, as delayed reports may limit the available resolution options.
5. Liability & Account Policy
Dk888 is provided on an "as-is" basis, and no guarantee is made regarding uninterrupted or error-free service. dk888 shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by technical errors, server outages, or third-party issues, though every effort will be made to resolve problems promptly. dk888 is not directly responsible for financial losses arising from betting or gaming, as gaming is inherently a risk-based activity and participation is entirely voluntary. dk888 is also not liable for any account losses resulting from a user's own negligence or failure to maintain account security.
An account may be suspended or closed for reasons including: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or operating multiple accounts. When an account is suspended, the balance may be frozen during the investigation, and a fair decision will be made upon its conclusion. In cases of permanent closure where a Terms violation is confirmed, dk888 reserves the right to forfeit the remaining balance. Users may also voluntarily request account closure, in which case the remaining balance will be returned after verification through the designated process. Following an extended period of inactivity, dk888 reserves the right to retain or delete information associated with that account.
6. Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Governing Law
All content on the dk888 platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, design, and other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of dk888. Copying, reproducing, distributing, or modifying any part of this content without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. By submitting any content to the dk888 platform, users grant dk888 a non-exclusive license to use that content. dk888's trademarks and brand materials may not be used in any third-party promotional activity.
The dk888 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services or content; however, dk888 is not responsible for the content or conduct of any third party. When using third-party services, their own terms and conditions apply, and users are advised to review those terms as well. dk888 reserves the right to modify or terminate any third-party integrations or partnerships at any time. dk888 is not directly liable for any issues arising from payment gateways or other third-party services.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
